Abstract

The article is devoted to a history development of the musical theatre
in pre-revolutionary Tsaritsin. The authors provide the information on
events of the city’s musical-theatrical life in 1870-1910s, repertoire of the
theaters and the names of major donors, entrepreneurs, and actors.
