Abstract

The article presents the children musical practices as a reflection of the spiritual and cultural life of Transbaikal society. The attention is reasoned on two indigenous traditions of Transbaikal Territory – the Buryats and the Semeisk ones, in connection with the historical duration of their cultural contacts. The author introduces the concept of cultural practices of children music creativity (CPCMC). The article raises the problem of children music practices transformation in the context of regional social and cultural development and gives the assessment of external factors – political, economic, social, spiritual, legal which influence on forming musical kinds of children creativity. This work uses typological, stage and structurally-typological methods, an explication method, PESTLE-analysis. The chat which represents the relationship at a certain historical stage of the society, the culture dominant type, musical culture markers and the specific CPCMC of that time has been complied. The study showed that the cultural practices of children musical creativity reflect the processes and content of the regional social and cultural life as well as since the Soviet period the country in whole. The author comes to the conclusion that on the wave of the ethnic identity revival, the practices of the traditional society type (including CPCMC) can be updated and renovated.
